Bringing new meaning to the term "otaku-funk", our dance on Saturday night is the perfect way to release the day's energy! We've got the best in anime soundtracks mixed with the most eclectic club hits. You never know what you might hear or who you'll see!

The Formal Ball

Once again SugoiCon will be hosting a different kind of dance, The SugoiCon Formal Ball!

The ball will be a formal dance, with anime-themed and anime-inspired music. This will not be a rave, and there will be no techno, club, or house music (that's for our regular dance Saturday!). The ball will be open to all ages.

Only people clad in formal attire suitable for an anime convention will be permitted entrance. If your girl is in a gown, but you're in a T-shirt and jeans, you will have to wait outside while she dances with all the suave debonairs! THE DRESS CODE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
