Vendors FAQ

Here are some questions we've been asked by vendors and their answers.

1. Can we sell food in the vendor room? If so, what kinds? Cold drinks or just packaged (like Pocky)?
   You can only sell Japanese snacks and drinks, no domestic snacks (pop, candy, chips). Sale can only be within the vendor's area (vendors room and just outside of the room, the areas will be assigned). Absolutely NO sales are to be made in the hotel rooms or isle ways. That would violate our agreement with the hotel.
2. Will the hotel supply the televisions?
   We are renting the TV's, so that will be taken care of.
3. When can we start setting up on Thursday?
   Depending on when we have what rooms, you can set up on Thursday. But it would be 3PM at the absolute earliest. Honestly most of our staff will not be there until later that evening. So I would suspect that you would get more help then. Sorry that wasn't much of a definite answer, but exact set up times on Thursday are pretty much a toss-up.
