So you want to go to the convention? Here's one important thing you'll want to know...
Save some of your money for the vendors by pre registering! Not to mention it will save you time when you arrive at the door on the first day.

  Children 10 and under Free with a full priced Adult Admission

1-Day Badges: 1-Day badges can ONLY be purchased at the door. These badges will get you into the convention for ONLY the day you buy them. 1-Day badges cost $25. If you buy a 1-Day badge & after seeing the con, wish to upgrade to a 3-day badge, you can do this buy going back to Registration & paying the difference in the badge costs (basically $20.)

Parent/Chaperone Badges:
For those parents who will be attending solely to escort their children -- meaning you have NO interest in Sugoicon yourself -- We now offer a Parent/Chaperone badge. Parent/Chaperone badges are 1-day or 3-day badges that a Parent/Chaperone can purchase at a reduced rate when they buy a full priced 1-day or 3-day badge for their child. A 3-Day "Parents" badge cost $25, 1-Day Parent/Chaperone badges are $15 . Parent/Chaperone badges can ONLY be acquired at the door. Registration has the right to deny the purchase of a Parent/Chaperone badge to anyone they deem not meeting the requirements for a Parent/Chaperone badge.

Child Badges:
Children 10 & Under can get a free badge for the con if they are with an adult with a full priced badge. The child MUST remain with the adult at ALL times.

Group Rates:
Groups of 10 or more are eligible for a 10% discount! In order to qualify for the discount you MUST send all of the completed registration forms together in the SAME envelope along with your full payment. Registrations received seperately will not be considered to be part of a group. No exceptions.

Print and mail the registration form to the registration mailing address, along with a check or money order for the correct amount. (Please make all checks out to SORA)
Once we recieve your pre-registration form we will send out a confirmation postcard. Your convention badge will be provided when you arrive at the convention.
Sorry, we are not accepting credit cards, or electronic checks (Paypal, Yahoo Paydirect, etc.) as payment for registration.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Registrations postmarked after 10/31/2004 will NOT be accepted.

Southwestern Ohio Regional Animation and Sugoi Con are not responsible for any pre-registration letters postmarked after 10/31/2004.
