Our overflow hotel is the Embassy Suites RiverCenter.
This is a very nice hotel with many amenities that more than make up for the price difference. It might be worth mentioning that the rooms are two bedroom suites. Lots of room for getting together for friends in style

To make your room reservation, please call the Marriott directly at
1 (859) 261-2900. You must make your reservations early in order to guarantee getting a room. Be sure to mention "SUGOI CON" when making your reservation to take advantage of the special convention room rates! To guarantee the special rates, you must reserve your room before 10/27/2004. The hotel may fill up quickly as there is a Cincinnati vs Pittsburgh football game the weekend of the convention. You must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a room.

(Do NOT use Marriott's 1-800 number, or their online registration form. If you do, you will not get the discounted convention rate!) . Check in time is 4pm, Check out time is 11am.

People staying at the Marriott can park for free in the Marriott parking garage. They need to get their parking ticket validated at the front desk when they check in. If you leave & come back, you'll lose your validated ticket when you leave, but you can take the new one you get when you return back to the front desk to get it validated again. They'll make sure you are staying at the hotel when they do this.

For people NOT staying at the Marriott, you can park in the Marriott garage, the Embassy Suites garage, or any of the other garages/lots that are right in the area. ALL the parking garages are owned by the county & the pricing is supposed to be the same, but I couldn't get a straight answer on that.

Parking pricing at all the lots should be as follows:

$0.75 per 1/2hr
$1.50 per hour
upto $8 a day

If the vehicle is left overnght, the price becomes $10.
