1) There is a maximum time of 8 minutes for a video.

2) Only 2 video entries per person/group. Both entries can be on the same tape.
If you send 2 tapes, be sure to mark which tape contains your primary entry. If you include both videos on 1 tape, the first video on the tape will be considered your primary entry.
If we need to limit the number of entries due to time constraints, your primary entry will be the one used.

3) Videos should be labeled as follows:

4) Videos will be judged by popular vote in 3 categories:
Humor
Drama
Action /Adventure

In addition, there will be a Technical category. Every entry is eligible for this award.
Judging of this category will be a panel of selected judges.

5) Videos containing an excess of explicit language, nudity, or adult situations will not be selected for use.

6) All entries will become the property of Sugoi Con, so please send a copy, not the master tape. We cannot guarantee to be able to return your tape to you.

7) Please submit entries on a decent VHS videotape at SP speed. Extremely bad picture or sound quality will disqualify an entry.
